Here are some useful things that will help you with the planning for our event. If there's anything else you need to know, do get in touch with us at donna@am-conference.com

 

Date of the Event: The dates for the 2018 event will be published shortly.

Location: The conference is held at the Nottingham Belfry Hotel, located just six miles from Nottingham City Centre. It’s easily accessible from all airports, due to its close proximity to the M1 motorway, with East Midlands International Airport being the closest. Hotel accommodation: We have reserved rooms at the Nottingham Belfry Hotel for our delegates to enable attendees to stay on-site. These rooms can be booked along with the delegate places via the website, or at any stage prior to the event, subject to availability. It is worth noting however, that the number of rooms are limited and if you would like to stay on-site, you should reserve your room as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. Once the Nottingham Belfry Hotel is full, or if you would like to stay at a different location, we will happily provide details of other local hotels.

Parking: There is ample free and secure car parking at The Nottingham Belfry Hotel, for both residents and non-residents, should you choose to come by car.

Networking events: A pre-conference reception buffet is always held on the evening before the opening of the main conference. This offers an excellent networking opportunity in relaxed surroundings and gives delegates the chance to register prior to the opening day of the conference. The Conference Dinner, which is free of charge to all conference delegates is held on the Wednesday evening and is followed by entertainment! Full details will be given upon registration for the event.

Catering: Full catering will be provided during the conference days, with all special diets catered for.

Language: The working language of the conference is English, which is used for all presentations and conference material.

WiFi: There is free WiFi available throughout the hotel.

Suggested Dress: Dress for both the conference and evening events is casual.

Exhibition: The conference includes a dedicated exhibition open only to event delegates and is the hub of delegate and vendor networking. Delegates will be given ample time throughout the conference to visit the exhibition.

Conference Proceedings: Presentations made at the conference (subject to speaker permission) will be made available on a USB card supported by a printed booklet containing key conference information, speaker biographies and abstracts. A complimentary copy will be issued to each delegate on registration. Further copies will be available for purchase at the conference and after the event.
