Exhibition: The conference will include an exhibition of metallic and polymeric AM machine manufacturing companies, material suppliers and AM service organisations. The exhibition will take place in the conference registration, refreshment and breakout area and will run over the duration of the conference. 

Conference Proceedings: Presentations made at the conference will be available as a usb stick and a free copy will be issued to each delegate. Further copies will be available for purchase at the conference and after the event.

Working Language: The working language of the conference is English, which will be used for all printed material and presentations.

Location: The conference will be held at Holywell Park, which is part of Loughborough University. The University lies on the edge of Loughborough and is located just 1 mile from junction 23 of the M1. Nottingham East Midlands Airport is just 8 miles away with Birmingham a 30 minute drive. Central London is less than 90 minutes away by train with Loughborough's intercity railway station only 3 miles away, connected by a shuttle bus every 20 minutes.

Accommodation: The hotels which we are predominantly using for our delegates are Burleigh Court Hotel, a 4 star hotel located within the Loughborough University campus and The Link Hotel, a 3 star hotel. Both hotels are within walking distance of the conference centre. Details of booking hotel accommodation along with a code which will give our delegates a preferential rate, will be forwarded upon registration. To benefit from this special rate, please do not book prior to receiving the code.

Parking: There is ample free and secure car parking at Holywell Park, Burleigh Court and the Link Hotel.

Conference Social Event: On the middle evening of the event, there will be a conference dinner which is free of charge to all conference delegates. Full details to be announced.
