Hotel Accommodation: The Nottingham Belfry Hotel is a four star hotel and we have been able to secure many of the 120 available bedrooms for our delegates at a competitive rate. All rooms are subject to availability. Due to the competitive rate offered when booking a hotel room, please note that all bookings are non-cancellable. Should you decide to cancel, you will be charged for the full value of the stay (please see our 'refund policy'). We are expecting high numbers of delegates for our event and the rooms will get booked very quickly. If you will be bringing a guest there will be a £10 per night room supplement. Please be advised, we must know in advance (by email) if you are bringing a guest, or you will not be guaranteed a double/twin room. When all the rooms at the Nottingham Belfry are sold, we will supply details of other local hotels. The Ashes test matches (1st test) are being held in Nottingham on Wednesday 10th to Saturday 13th July and therefore there will be many visitors to Nottingham over the period of our event. If accommodation is not booked in good time, delegates may have to stay further out of town.

Exhibition: The conference includes a dedicated exhibition open only to event delegates. The exhibition is the perfect opportunity to talk in detail with metallic and polymeric AM machine manufacturing companies, material suppliers and AM service organisations. The exhibition will take place in a parallel room to the conference theatre and will be used as the main focal point for all refreshment breaks.

Conference Proceedings: Presentations made at the conference (subject to speaker permission) will be made available on a USB card supported by a printed booklet containing key conference information, speaker biographies and abstracts. A complimentary copy will be issued to each delegate on registration. Further copies will be available for purchase at the conference and after the event.

Working Language: The working language of the conference is English, which will be used for all printed material and presentations.

Location: The conference will be held at the Nottingham Belfry Hotel. The hotel is located just 1 mile from the M1, 6 miles from the Nottingham City Centre Train Station, 14 miles from East Midlands International Airport and just two hours drive from London Heathrow Airport. Birmingham International airport is less than a 45 minute drive by car.

Parking: There is ample free and secure car parking at The Nottingham Belfry.
